Note:
1. The resource fee of water use in the water utility is 1.10 yuan per cubic meter.
2. The resource fee of self-developed well water is 2.00 yuan per cubic meter.
3. The integrated price refers to the total of the tap water price and the price of sewage disposal.
4. The water supply price for self-developed well water in the suburbs shall be fixed according to the water supply price offered by Beijing Waterworks Group.
5. Beijing Water Authority shall be responsible for the quality of supplied water.
6. In principle, the price of household hot water shall be fixed based on negotiation between the supplier and the user.
